As a Nigeria student you need to be smart enough to outsmart yourself and engage in so many things that would made you never lack what you will use for your survival while on campus. This is due to the fact that most Nigerian parents are within the bracket of middle and low income class and these results to the possibility that most students would not be able to get everything they need from their homes.
Businesses are what one can do in Nigeria Universities and make huge sum of money while on campus. What it actually means to be a Nigerian graduate, Both the cost of surviving, stress involved and taking have made some students to partake in business while on campus. However, some turned to making a huge sum of money.
There are some business ideas that initially you will fail but it is from there that you will learn lessons that would give you experience which will lead you to making multi thousands of cash. However, there are so many business ideas that would not jeopardize your future. You can do Business on the side, one that would not interfere with your academics and would provide you with a lot of extra money to take care of your needs. Below are some business ideas which you can consider doing while on campus:
Tutoring: most at times, people or parents who are fully engaged in one way or the other may need the help of a tutor that would take care of their children’s homework and other difficult school task.
This brought about the idea of online tutoring where you can register with some particular websites to become an online tutor during your leisure or spare time. You can also search for parents that need such service (offline).
Blogging: this would not only benefit you financially but also helps you widen up your knowledge. Blogging requires time and internet presence.
Graphics design: this is part of the most trending business idea that one can engage himself. This is because of the high percentage of people demanding for graphics online, creating new websites.
Web designers require graphic designers to help them in creating banners, logos, and other similar materials that would make their websites look beautiful.
Events planning: Event planning is another easy business you can do as a student especially since most events fall during the weekend when there is little or no school work to be done.
Hosting events would also make you make a lot of money. You can practically analyse what and how much it takes to host a successful show/event.
Hairdressing: Hairdressing is also a good Business Idea. This is a good idea for female students’ though the guys are beginning to do well if not better these days in hair dressing business.
You can help your fellow female students to make their hair and charge them a token for it. You can choose to do this on weekends only to avoid undue interference with your academic work. If you don’t know how to make hair, then use one of your school holidays to learn it.
The above mentioned are just a few to mention business ideas to explore and go into while on campus in order to make money for a better living as a Nigerian student.
