A former Deputy Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria and 2019 presidential aspirant, Professor Kingsley Moghalu has urged Nigerians to insist on restructuring the country. Professor Moghalu made the submission in Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria during the two days 6th ANNUAL LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP tagged; HOW TO MAKE NIGERIA WORK, which was organized by Ahmadu Bello University Students’ Representative Council.
He said there is no place to experience good leadership except right from school.
According to him, Nigeria will be the future reside in the youth, stressing that after fifty years of independence, Nigeria Growth Domestic Product GDP struggle behind one hundred and sixty, while countries like Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, and China who believed that Nigeria will become the African Germaine thrive over us today.
Professor Moghalu maintained that for Nigeria to work, Nigeria must be re-invented, adding that we must believe in Nigeria and embrace restructuring of the country in that the type of leaders we have will not make Nigeria work.
However, in the meantime the Vice Chancellor who was represented by Comrade Mustapha Bukar urged students to expand qualitative leadership from school to the nation in
general.
