in the world we live in today, exploring the sexual part of our human body is a very vital part of our existence. Coming together means different things to people. Most youth and amateurs and also married people are part of this train, and are learning how the sexual cycle functions.
Before engaging into sex, they are things you need to be aware of, like sexually transmitted diseases, and unwanted pregnancy. Below are tips on how to have a safe sex life.
1. CONDOMS: they are different types of condoms, which vary from sizes and brands. They also have the male and female condom. Always have a pair if you know you are going to engage in sexual intercourse with your partner. Ways of wearing it and using it can be either written or drawn behind it, or you can ask someone about how to use them. 3. CERVICAL CAPS: Its used by women. Is a soft silicone cup that is placed deep inside the vagina. It covers the cervix to stop sperm from reaching the eggs. It varies according to sources. 6. FAMILY PLANNING: this is a natural method which involves tracking the menstruation cycle and ovulation and avoiding sex throughout that period. It is 76 percent effective. It is also looking out for the fertile window of a woman and avoid having sex during that period.
7. STERILIZATION: this process can be done by both men and women. A woman will undergo procedures known as TUBAL LIGATION to reduce fertility permanently. The NHS state that these procedures are typically over 99 percent at preventing pregnancy and not STIs . a man can get a VASECTOMY which involves snipping the tube that carry sperm.
With all this preventive methods, the best method is, abstinence. Abstinence is the key. You can avoid having all this, because most preventive methods have their side effects either now or later on in life.
