Field of the Invention This invention relates to an annular body used to prevent a flash of light from escaping when a photographic subject is in front of a flashlight, and more particularly to an annular body having at least two slits for preventing the escape of flash from the flashlight. 2. Description of the Prior Art In the known practice, an annular shutter blade is provided on a camera to shield or cover an opening of a photographic lens. In a conventional focal plane shutter, the opening is formed in a focal plane shutter blade, and it is important to shield the opening with the shutter blade. On the other hand, a flashgun or flashlight is used to shoot a photograph of a photographic subject which is photographed by the flashlight. In order to prevent the flash from escaping, it is known to provide an annular shutter blade having at least two slits or openings in the shape of a quadrilateral or diamond or any other closed shape, on the shutter blade. Also known in the prior art is the provision of an annular shutter blade with a slit formed so as to be symmetrical with respect to the axis of the flashgun or flashlight. As is well known, the production of a photographic image in a photographic camera is accompanied with the escape of light from the photographic lens in the form of a flash in the photographic camera. In order to reduce the amount of flash light escape, a shutter blade with an opening is provided. The shutter blade is provided on the camera at the exposure aperture. As mentioned above, the shutter blade is sometimes provided with a slit for the purpose of preventing the escape of flash light. In some prior art devices, the slit is symmetrical with respect to the axis of the flashgun or flashlight. Such a slit, of course, will not prevent the escape of flash light from the flashlight because the flash light can still escape from the flashlight if the slit is sufficiently large. Also, in some prior art devices, the slit is formed so as to be asymmetrical with respect to the axis of the flashgun or flashlight. In such a slit, a portion of the slit is narrower than the other portion. When the flashgun or flashlight is directed in the direction of the narrower portion, a flash can escape from the flashlight.
