* shrimps
* cray fish
* sea tilapia
* snail
* oysters
* sausages
* mushrooms
* carrot
* cucumber
* Olive oil
* seasoning
* salt
* vinegar
I have brought to you another appetizing salad (sea food) which I know you will be wondering how can we make salad out of sea food wow!!!
Sea food salad is a special salad made out of foods and it is a very source of dietary fibers which helps lower cholesterols level and regulates blood sugar level well.
How to prepare sea food salad
1. Wash all the aforementioned sea food with water and salt to avoid slimming (snail)
2. Wash the cabbage and carrot with clean water
3. Place a clean half pot of water on fire and allow it boil for 3 mins
4. Put the sea food into the boiling water and let it boil for 3min
5. Put off the fire and drain the hot water from the pot then replace it with cold water
6. Drain the cold water from the sea food using commander
7. Boil the sausage and dice it into round shapes
8. Drain the water from the mushroom can
9. Chop the cabbage and dice the carrot into smaller sizes
10. Put the sea food salad and sausage, mushroom, cabbage, and carrot in to a glass bowl for proper mixture
9. Add little olive oil and vinegar stir well to the depth
10. Add salt and seasonings to taste
